Normal

The everyday normal to most people is a state of what is typical and usual, what is expected and excepted. People often wish things would just go back to normal when it feels like things aren’t. The real issue is – there’s no such thing as normal when it comes to life. What seems like normalcy might stick around for a minute, but sooner or later, things change. I have heard stories about people leading normal lives, but I have never met any of them, myself.

Dark Night of the Soul

There are a variety of descriptions of what is called A Dark Night Of The Soul. It typically includes a deep depression and a feeling of loss – loss of self, of god, of anything that seems to make sense. It may last for days or weeks; for some, it may be ongoing.

My first experience with this phenomenon was in the late 70s. I had graduated high school in 1976 and blasted out of my father’s house as fast as possible, landing in north Dallas, just before the boom hit. Disco was hot and I loved dancing, but the scene left me cold. At some point, as I struggled to be an adult, I began to feel a disconnection to the world around me that I couldn’t describe. The feeling became so profound that I felt something must be wrong with me.

Trying to talk with others was a dismal failure. They either had no clue what my issue could be, or they didn’t want to know. Since I was too strong, stubborn, and logical-minded to have a nervous breakdown, I had to endure it the best I could. I cried a lot and I was mad quite a lot, but power through it, I must and did.

There was no internet in those days so I searched in libraries and occasionally ventured into a church. My search led me to concepts I had never imagined, and to realizations that offered new perspectives. It seemed that I could only find the answers if I asked the questions in the right way, and then listened. Eventually, I realized I was being guided.

I distinctly remember having two of these DNS periods in my 20s, and by the time I became pregnant at 27, the doors of my spiritual understanding had not merely opened; they had been ripped off. Looking back, I realized these dark moments were the beginnings of my spiritual journey. I wanted truth and understanding more than anything. Somewhere, on a distant horizon, was my true self and nothing less than facing that self would do.

I am now in my late 60s, and I would say that there have been at least two DNS periods in each decade of my life, along with other minor shifts – if you could call them minor. At this point, with the world being what it is, I’m pretty sure these periods are an on-going process. Hence, the name of this article.

So what does this mean? Either I’m destined to become a Master of Life, or I’m doomed to walk in intermittent misery until I figure out what I’m missing. Or – maybe this is just the norm for those who choose to hold frequency to help heal a world gone mad. Perhaps it’s some combination of the three, and the emotional roller coaster is just part of the fun.

Every time I look outward, trying to understand WHY, I can see an assortment of bad actors, but I cannot see a solution. WHY is the wrong question. I can feel hatred and point a finger at any number of evil individuals and organizations, but short of donning a flaming sword and the shield of justice, I can’t do a damned thing about it. I CAN, however, do something about me.

When I stop focusing on what THEY are doing, and focus instead on imagining the world I want to live in, I wonder – what does that look like? and how does my perception of a perfected world affect those around me?

As far as I can tell, our society is experiencing a massive dark night of the soul episode. It would seem that our collective consciousness can no longer maintain the illusion we have been living. We have abdicated our inherent power and are allowing bad actors to destroy our world. Granted, we are being coerced into doing so, but there comes a point where we have to say – enough is enough.

What needs to be understood is that you - me - them - each of us - holds and emits a frequency of energy. The more benevolent your intentions and the more positive your attitude, the higher your resonance. Those who focus on oppression and destruction emit a lower, darker frequency. The energy they emit is part of the spectrum and it cannot be destroyed, but it CAN be transformed.

How do we do that, you ask? Excellent question!
By CHOOSING TO FOCUS ON THE WORLD YOU DESIRE!

Social consciousness and our everyday lives are forever vying for our attention. Bills must be paid, kids must be fed, dogs must be walked; it’s a lot to deal with. We are constantly being bombarded with information. Much of the info we are fed is propagandized to the point that it’s very hard to perceive what is real and what is not.

If I want to maintain a higher frequency, I must choose a higher focus. Certainly, as a responsible adult, we need to keep tabs on world events, but only in small doses - balanced with fresh air and sunshine. Heavy doses of mainstream news and social media can destroy one’s balance and drag one into the darkness.

But, If I don’t suffer along with everyone else, aren’t I being selfish? Of course not. That’s where the dark ones want you. It’s easy to be angry and to blame others. You are actually being more responsible for holding the space and frequency for love and light.

What good are you to anyone if you are so depressed or angry that you are miserable? How is that helping your loved ones?

Life gives us obstacles and choices, and if we argue for our limitations, we get to keep them. Don’t let your buts get in your way. Choose Love. Choose Joy. Choose Freedom.

Imagine a world full of beauty and abundance. Live as though it already exists.

Once upon a time – a couple of decades ago – I was talking with a friend on what to do with all the emotions that seem so over-whelming to me. She suggested a variety of methods that might help to release these inexpressible feelings – including crying, screaming, beating pillows, etc.

I said to her – I cannot cry hard enough, and there is not a pillow on this Earth that could withstand what I am talking about. These feelings are like laser beams that could cut a building in half.

Destruction was not what I wanted. I wanted to be able to focus the feelings to the point of Creation.

My whole life, I have been frustrated that the world being presented to me is not real. I was not always able to articulate that point, but I knew that what I was being told was wrong somehow, and if this is as good as it gets, it was unacceptable.

The human animal has a profound capacity for emotion. That’s not to say that all animals don’t, but I cannot speak for them. Having been some version of human for over 60 years, I have a rather intimate relationship with emotion, and the lack and thwarting thereof.

So many things bring me to tears. Crying was not looked well upon by my family. The vulnerability was just too scary. Better to feed the anger, swallow the tears, and go kick something’s ass for daring to confront me and bring me to this. Crying was a weakness to be gotten over as quickly as possible. Better to be strong and never have to cry.

One question I have been wrestling with most of my life is – How do I experience the depths of my emotion without falling apart? This question came up again after watching a movie that has the recurring theme of love unfulfilled due to the conditions of our world. I hate that theme!

In my considered opinion, to experience profound passion and rapturous love in this lifetime is a sacred privilege, and should take precedence over all else.

I was inspired – after blowing my nose – to focus again on this question and find the answer. This time I used the EFT tapping process and repeated the question –
How do I experience the depths of my emotion without falling apart?

Emotions are the doorway to creating what we want! I had a sudden glimpse of emotions as the source of our creative power. The experience of them is not unlike going through the wall of a hurricane into the eye of the storm. The fear of the storm is what stops us. The only way to... is through!

Once we Grok this, it all falls into place and we step into our power.

EMOTION

the SINGLE MOST VALUABLE COMMODITY in the UNIVERSE

More valuable than gold or any other coveted substance, emotion is the most exploited, envied, misunderstood, controlled, manipulated, harvested, and consumed of all substances.

To feel is what we came here for, and yet we run for cover at every opportunity. We shun it, condemn it, hide from it, drown it, and numb it every day. Often the only time we are truly in touch with our emotions is when we are in rage or despair.

To be In Love is one of the greatest highs we’ll ever experience, but the foundation of our love is often so mis-conceived and mal-formed, that it ultimately collapses us back into despair. It is said that even the angels were jealous of the humans’ ability to experience emotion and to choose of their own free will. So, what are we choosing?

When I choose to actually feel my emotions, it is like grabbing hold of a live electric wire. The intensity of stepping into the depths of feeling is so over-whelming, it feels as though I may not survive it.

I have survived childbirth. Somehow, I will survive this.

In the movie, Ghost, Patrick Swayze has been murdered and is wanting desperately to be able to connect with the physical so that he can warn and save his Lover (Demi Moore). He meets a very unlikely fellow on the subway who tells him that he must focus ALL of his emotion – ALL his love, ALL his hate, ALL his fear – in order to do what he wants.

This focus... these emotions... this power that we have become masters at avoiding, is that which creates and destroys worlds. Stepping into our emotions, with all of their turbulence, and realizing that this is our center of power, alters our reality.

WE WERE BUILT FOR THIS!

Whether there actually exists an enemy who desires to consume us or there is an energy inherent in our universe that will cooperate fully with us in our own destruction, WE each hold the key. We get to choose whether to master the creative force of the emotional gifts we were given or to become consumed by these opportunistic energies in which we swim.

EMOTIONS are the DOORWAY,
COURAGE is the KEY,
and the UNIVERSE is our PLAYGROUND!

This article was inspired by an email conversation I had with a friend sometime early in 2024. For those of you who have a clue, this may be an exercise in the obvious. For those who do not, you may need to do some homework. I think though, even the most oblivious among us are beginning to realize something in our world is amiss.

Says my Friend –

I remember when I was just a little boy. Curiosity was my thing. I just couldn't get enough of this world. I wanted to know Every Single Thing. And now, my sense of having been betrayed all of my life is wearing on me like a stab wound. 

My natural curiosity asks – Why? What possible system is in place that would require such lies, power, control, secrecy, bondage, and manipulation? Clearly, that which is behind all this insane deception is far more involved and far bigger than a handful of super rich guys who are wanting to protect their stash. I wonder if there is anything in this world that isn't tainted by deceit?

The entire world is a stage and the common, decent, loving, peaceful folks be damned, every single time.

How do we begin?

Throughout history, there have always been evil-doers who tend to make certain lives miserable. I believe the reason some of us have such a hard time grokking what we're witnessing, is that we have been given a story in which our so-called leaders are here to help and guide us. We here in the USA have been convinced that we are free and that our freedom is protected with documents and armies, and that Americans are the Good Guys.

Conversely, we have always been told to go forth, conquer, and multiply. What we didn't realize – due to the facade – is that we have basically been used as dogs of war, and ultimately, as farm animals being led to the slaughter.

Now, the plan is coming to maturity – and yes, there are actually various playbooks where the powers-that-claim-to-be have written it all out. Everyday, they get up and plan how they are going to take over the world – just like Pinky & the Brain. The thing is, the world did not ask these diligent doers to take over, and if the public continues to believe their well-packaged lies, we are all going to be exactly where they would have us… under their boot.

It can be quite a shocker when one learns that this has been going on for centuries, and that there are actually cycles of harvest where they wipe out certain areas, then re-write the history and pretend it's all new.

I am not the expert on these plans, but it’s not hard to see the clues in our daily lives. If you look at all the recent info on the World Fairs in the late 1800s to early 1900s, there is much speculation and quite a lot of proof that these events were part of the re-programming of the populace. Consider the massive buildings in most major cities in the USA that were labeled as asylums, and the huge breweries everywhere. Were they really brewing that much beer? What do you suppose the incubator babies and orphan trains were all about?

In the movie, ‘Dark City’, all the people were put to sleep at various intervals. The lives of certain ones were rearranged during these sleeps and when they woke up, they lived whatever new life they had been programmed with. Without giving too much of the plot away, the beings who were manipulating the people were trying to learn about emotions, and how to tap into the human spirit. 

Think of the movie, ‘The Matrix’, where the agents can jump into any body they care to since the people are just holograms in a system. The robot overlords who have taken over the Earth are determined to exterminate all free-range humans that are not encapsulated in their system.

One of the problems in trying to control the human spirit, is that it will not be quelled permanently. No matter how they try, there is always a glitch, and invariably, some non-conforming anomaly shows up.

If you haven't watched the movie, ‘John Carter of Mars’, based on the old stories written by Edgar Rice Burroughs, I highly recommend it. The defining moment is when John Carter is captured by an evil Thern, and asks it why they do what they do. The answer the Thern gives is very telling.

History will follow the course we have set, Earthman… [the rule] must remain in the hands of mindless brutes we can control… We've been playing this game since before the birth of this planet [Mars], and will continue to do so long after the death of yours. We don't cause the destruction of a world, Captain Carter. We simply manage it – feed off of it, if you like. On every host planet, it always plays out exactly the same way. Populations rise, societies divide, wars spread world-wide. The neglected planet slowly fades.”

These types of beings – wherever they are from – gain sustenance from the trauma they elicit. It's just what they do. Apparently, some of them consider humans no more than things, and others must hate us.  Whatever their issue or agenda, they have been getting away with this story for a long, long, long time.

Their story is coming to an end.  Our awareness is the seed of their demise.

Another story we are indoctrinated with is that we need money to live and riches are the ultimate goal. Money is one of their favorite tools and they use that tool against us, through temptation or torture – they care not which. All is fair in their game – at least to them.

Their rules? Humans must never know how the game is played – who the players are – or that they are in a game.

Given all this, how can anyone expect a Normie to be able to consider these concepts, and then apply them to their world? Is it any wonder that the average person will simply not see the reality?

Courage is key. And although it is inherent in humans, courage has been largely displaced.  Thanks to movies, many have awakened to at least some of this reality. Also, thanks to movies, many have become disillusioned, demoralized, and desensitized.

Being aware and awake does not necessarily reduce the level of disappointment and depression. Getting Red-Pilled is not the easiest path. This is why so many choose to not know, and/or to numb themselves with alcohol, drugs, or whatever addiction suits them.

Those who run this world have gained the upper hand, largely due to our lack of diligence in maintaining our own spiritual integrity. We fell down on the job as a collective and they took the advantage. When the whole becomes indolent, all may be destined for destruction.

And now, I will rant…

Sometimes I get angry at the god concept – “When the one who left us here returns for us at last.” Fuck You! for dumping us on this rock without a clue. What a wicked game to play! And woe to those who think that we’re going to be saved by Jesus or anyone else. As long as we give our allegiance to something other than ourselves – our TRUE Selves – we will be subject to that thing’s tyranny.

End rant…

Conversely, when I consider that everything is of Source Creator, and not just the playground of some finite god to whom we are subject, I realize that there is no place to go but Source.  No matter what I do, believe, think, feel, or say, it is all within the realm of Source, so no harm, no foul – right?

What does this mean in the grand scheme?
What it means to me – so far – is that this delusion we are living will continue so long as we suffer the pitifulness of hopelessness. That also makes me mad – sometimes. I came here to learn patience and kick ass, and I’m all out of patience – and, in truth, the energy to kick anyone’s ass.

Actually, I have learned patience, and many other things. I must now apply my learning so that I never feel the need to be the victim nor the desire for violence ever again. Oh – to be unflappable.

The Solution

Here's what I will do… I will hold a frequency that the Evil-doers cannot comprehend. They will be showered with Love & Light. A bubble of protection will be placed around them that they cannot escape and will not allow them to feed from others. This will transform them into their pure essence, and be either their redemption or their demise.

Hopefully, some of them will be redeemed and will then help to heal the world. I suspect many of them will wither to nothing once there is no longer any energy for them to feed from.  

Parasites can only exist in an atmosphere that is conducive to their proliferation.

My understanding, as I grew up, was that we, here in the USA, lived in a democracy. What that meant to me was that everyone was treated fairly and that all were equal. Democracy meant fairness and justice. Right?

All I knew about Capitalism was it meant opportunity – as in, you can create your own fortune if you are willing to work hard and smart enough. That has always been one of the most beautiful things about America, and why so many want to come here.

I didn’t know what the hell a Republic was, except that it stood for the country we lived in. Certain people went to a lot of trouble to create documents describing how this all worked so that our country could grow and prosper, and everyone would have equal opportunity.

Our government was designed to serve and protect the People, and the People believed in that designation.

Beyond that, I always thought everything was in place and all should be well. What I witnessed, as I got older, was that something was amiss in our world. We were told one thing, but the results I witnessed were at odds. How could this be?

Fairness and equality never seemed to be the norm. Being white, I was not subject to much of the inequity, but I could still see it. Why was it happening? No matter the awareness and programs, the injustice accelerated systemically.

Whenever I asked questions – pointing out what I saw as the flaws in the system – I was argued down or told to shut up. Why couldn’t I just accept that this is the way it is and consider myself lucky that I had it so good?

One day, I realized that if we don’t ALL win, then nobody wins. It sometimes seems that the only ones who win are those who take what they want. And on occasions, those who acquiesce to the winners in the proper fashion can pretend they have won. If the powers that claim-to-be decide you are not playing their game correctly, you get to face their consequences.

Since I could never play their game and had no desire to be subjected to their tyranny, I left. I moved as far away from their civilization as I could without completely leaving my loved ones. Dedication to my family kept me from escaping all together.

Little did I know then, that lurking in the shadows were those who lusted for the prosperity of this country. A person could work their whole life, creating a business or an empire, to ultimately be taxed, fined, robbed, and eventually absorbed into the giant industrial machine if they didn’t play the game correctly.

The Majestic

There’s a movie called The Majestic, starring Jim Carrey, about a screen writer who has been accused of being a communist. The movie is set in Hollywood in 1951. WWII has just ended – more or less – and as always, to better maintain their dark doings, those who are guilty are looking for others to spot-light.

Peter Appleton, played by Carrey, is shell-shocked from the accusation, as he is black-listed and relieved of his job. He does what any average American would do – he gets drunk and goes for a drive.

Ultimately, he has an accident, ends up in a river that floats him down to the ocean and lands him in a small, coastal California town. He is suffering from amnesia, and the townspeople mistake him for one of their many young men who have been lost in the war. His reappearance brings new life and hope to Lawson, California.

Now, I know the movie idealizes the nostalgia of this beautiful little town on the  coast, and the beauty of the setting makes the heart weep. I can’t help but think of the fact that this country was brutally taken from those who lived here before us, by those whose lands were also taken by the ones who keep doing all the taking.

In the movie, when Peter finally regains his memory and realizes what he has unwittingly done, the feds show up and shatter the new-found happiness of the townspeople. The witch hunters demand that Peter appear in court, declare himself to be guilty, and swear that he will give up his evil communistic ways. Once he does, all will be forgiven. One quid pro quo – he must name at least one other person as a communist.

Never having been a courageous fellow, he is inclined to do just that. But then, the ghost of Luke Trimble – the fellow he was supposed to have been – rises up in him – metaphorically – and he realizes he cannot live with this lie. Somehow, Peter finds the courage to make the following statement to the court.

“I’m sorry. It occurs to me that there’s a bigger issue here today than whether or not I’m a communist.”

“There is no bigger issue,” says the Chairman.

“Actually, not to be contrary, I think there is,” says Peter.

“Fact is, I’ve never been a  man of great conviction. I never saw the percentage in it, and quite frankly, I suppose I… lack the courage.

See, I’m not like Luke Trimble. He had the market cornered on those things. I never met the guy, but I can’t help wondering what he’d say if he were standing here right now.

You know, I think he’d probably tell you… the America represented in this room is not the America he died defending. I think he’d tell you your America is bitter and cruel and small.

I know for a fact HIS America was BIG… bigger than you can imagine, with a wide open heart, where every person has a voice… even if you don’t like what they have to say.

If he were here, I wonder how you’d respond… if you could explain to him what happened to his America.

The Fifth Amendment is out of the question, but there is another amendment I’d like to invoke. I wonder if anyone here is familiar with it.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or of the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”

That’s the First Amendment, Mr. Chairman. It’s everything we’re about, if only we’d live up to it. It’s the most important part of the contract every citizen has with this country. And even though these contracts – the Constitution and the Bill of Rights – even though they’re just pieces of paper with signatures on them, they are the only contracts we have that are most definitely not subject to renegotiation… not by you, Mr. Chairman; not by you, Mr. Clyde; not by anyone – Ever!

Too many people have paid for this contract in blood – people like Luke Trimble… and all the sons of Lawson, California. They deserve better than this.

When you get right down to it, Fellas, that’s all I really have to say to this committee.”

And he turns and walks out.

Now, Appleton is shaking in his shoes, having just stood up and spoken his Truth. He has made the world realize that the accusations and proceedings of those accusing him are wrong, and that they need to be held accountable. He found his courage, stood for what is right, and the People loved him for it. The plot does a quick twist and we all get to learn a lesson about the cowardice of these shadow creatures.

The Majestic is poignant, romantic, sweet – almost to sappiness, heroic, and thought-provoking. A vastly different kind of role for Jim Carrey. I highly recommend it.

Just imagine what could be accomplished if each of us could find our courage to stand in truth and in defiance of tyranny. I suspect our world would be much different.

In order to do this, we must come to terms with the fact that there are those who are intent on destroying us and the world we live in. We must not let them.

Life teaches us that words often carry one meaning when they apply to the average citizen and quite another when applied to the so-called ruling class. Much of today's psychosis is due to the cognitive dissonance experienced when we are told the world is a certain way but all indicators are pointing in other directions. Gaslighting has become the norm, it would seem.

This article was birthed after considering some of the names of the many organizations that have been developed to ‘help the world’ and realizing that, while they mouth all kinds of platitudes and have polished slogans about their accomplishments, their actions belie them and what they are really up to is often written plainly in the titles they choose. The average person just sees the facade. We encourage you to look deeper.

Who or what can we trust? Trust in yourself! Educate yourself!
Educated people are much harder to manipulate.

Philanthropy, a Misused Term

Philanthropy is described as, 'Goodwill to fellow members of the human race, especially an active effort to promote human welfare; an act or gift done or made for humanitarian purposes.'

Apparently, the philanthropist title can be purchased these days for a few billion dollars or with a cult of personality. If you look at a list of so-called philanthropists, it includes people like John D. Rockefeller, Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, etc. Even Lady Gaga is listed as a philanthropist. Siting a troubled past, she is considered to be a ‘shining example’ to young people all over the world. It is widely accepted that performers are eccentric and outrageous, but this girl ain’t right. Do a search on her performances to learn more about her message.

Warren Buffett has pledged over $30 billion in Berkshire Hathaway stock to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which has contributed $75.8 billion toward healthcare, extreme poverty, education, and access to information technology. George Soros has contributed $32 billion toward healthcare; anti-fascist publications; human rights; economic, legal, and social reform. There’s a whole list of individuals who have contributed multi, multi billions of dollars, largely toward education, healthcare, ending world hunger and war, etc.

For some reason, all those billions seem not to have made a dent in any of these issues. Considering the condition of our world, you have to wonder where all that money is going and why so many people are still ill, starving, and dying. One also has to wonder if the bulk of the money isn’t just going into funding the organizations they keep creating – all of which claim to be helping ‘underprivileged’ people, who never seem to actually get helped.

Either they are doing it wrong or they're doing it on purpose.

Organizations for Everything

If you look deeply into the history of our world, you will find that all the major issues - poverty; starvation; war; etc. have perpetrators who initiate and exacerbate these scenarios. Then, claiming to champion the cause, multitudinous organizations are created - all of which they supervise. Wikipedia lists almost 25,000.

One might speculate that these manufactured issues are an investment strategy that they can throw billions of dollars into and get trillions in return. Very lucrative for them – very destructive for the world.

In order to better understand the information that we’re all being inundated with, you first need to discern 'propaganda' - ideas, facts, or allegations spread deliberately to further one's cause or to damage an opposing cause – verses actual fact.

Propaganda has been utilized by tyrants since the beginning of the world to bend people’s minds in certain directions. Because people are collectively easy-going, pleasure-loving, and largely naïve [some would say ignorant and lazy], we tend to believe that the information in front of us is true and certainly not meant to lead us astray.

Well, led astray we have certainly been and off a cliff we are headed.

One of these benevolent organizations is named the Nuclear Threat Initiative – NTI. Let us examine this title and compare its presumed meaning to its actual purpose. I think we are all clear on what a ‘nuclear threat’ might be, so let’s look at the word ‘initiative’ to be clear of its meaning.

In·i·tia·tive  (ĭ-nĭsh′ə-tĭv)n.
1. The power or ability to begin or to follow through energetically with a plan or task; enterprise and determination.
2. A beginning or introductory step; an opening move
Synonyms – action; aggressiveness; ambition; drive; enterprise; go; hustle

Now, the NTI site claims that it is, “Building a safer world through innovation, cooperation, and action” and that it “…is a nonprofit, nonpartisan global security organization”. Its mission is – “To transform global security by driving systemic solutions to nuclear and biological threats imperiling humanity.”

Very noble, this would seem, yet its title would suggest otherwise. The words, ‘Nuclear Threat Initiative’ would describe the action of 'initiating a nuclear threat', as opposed to perhaps ‘Nuclear Threat Protection, or Abolishment, or Nullification, or Termination’.

Do you see the difference? Substitute ‘Initiative’ with any of the synonyms and see how the meaning changes. Nuclear Threat Action. Nuclear Threat Aggressiveness. Nuclear Threat Ambition. Nuclear Threat Enterprise. Perhaps you see the point.

Also, NTI's intent is to ‘Transform Global Security’. Organizations such as these use nebulous words like 'transform' as a marketing term, which does not describe their actual purpose. Part of the intent is to placate the public into believing that the organization is ‘doing good’ and ‘keeping you safe’. Quite often the results are a loss of your rights and freedoms for the safety they claim to provide.

These many organizations that are created to ‘keep the public safe’, give lip service to benevolent concepts in order to convince the public that they are the heroes. They use phrases such as ‘Helping the underprivileged’ and ‘Stopping world hunger’, while literally doing just the opposite. Why are they not stopping whoever is creating these problems?

NTI is just one example of the thousands of organizations which have been established to ‘protect’ us from the terrorists and evil-doers. What we need to realize is that those who are initiating such organizations are the ones we need to be protected from – not by.

If you need more evidence, consider the players at NTI – Warren Buffett, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway; Ted Turner, CNN founder; former Senator Sam Nunn – a life-long politician and no-doubt, a fine fellow. Men like these have their fingers in everybody’s pie and are part and parcel to the manipulation of our world. They are not philanthropic, nor do they have the people’s best interests in mind, no matter what they claim. They are businessmen and profit is their motivation. If a few million people’s lives are destroyed along the way – it’s just the cost of doing business.

Schwab & the WEF

Speaking of self-appointed world leaders, let’s look at Klaus Schwab and the WEF – World Economic Forum.

Schwab is being described as possibly the most danger man in the world. No need for much elaboration here since a quick search yields all kinds of information; very little of it favorable. Challenges raised about the conference and the WEF include: the organization's corporate capture of global and democratic institutions, and institutional whitewashing initiatives; the public cost of security, the organization's tax-exempt status, unclear decision processes and membership criteria, a lack of financial transparency, and the environmental footprint of its annual meetings. As a reaction of criticism within Swiss society, the Swiss federal government decided in February 2021 to reduce its annual contributions to the WEF.

According to historian and conservative commentator, Victor Davis Hanson, a group of global elites — including leaders of Big Tech companies like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, top government officials, Hollywood power players and the like — have determined that the world would be much better off if economic decisions were made by a central body — in other words, by them.

And then there's the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Reading this, one realizes that not only are they pointing out the pitfalls of the next industrial revolution, but are stating how they are going to guide it and what’s going to happen to you if you don’t play their game. Their intent is to remove us from the natural world and encapsulate us in their AI programs. Anyone who thinks this will be a better life than the one we were given, needs to pull their heads out of their devices and go outside to play.

People like Schwab have decided to take charge of the world and run it according to their own preferences, without bothering to ask the rest of us for our approval. They are basing everything on the idea that mysterious, deadly viruses are lurking in every corner and that they alone can save us. Poor, pathetic peasants! We don’t know how lucky we are to have such benevolent beings as them to protect and guide us from our own ignorance.

Plagues, pandemics, and terrorism are the by-products of the way we are living;
the results of toxic minds creating a toxic world.

What is not included in any of these programs and scenarios is a realistic plan to actually do anything to improve our world and the Health of the people. The invasion of the Earth through mining, the chemical concoctions, the pollution of our air, food, and water all lead to the destruction of our environment and deterioration of our Health. Propaganda, dis-information, and pseudo-science leads to the retardation of our minds and the bastardization of our societies. This is just the short list of issues.

Living outside natural law creates destruction and disharmony. Through our ignorance and complacency WE have helped in the creation of the misery in our world – by default or by design – what does it matter? The results are the same.

Ultimately, the solutions lay in the heart of the People. Fortunately, more and more of us are awakening and educating ourselves so we don’t fall prey to their ideals. This appears to displease them. Apparently, it’s not much fun for them when we won’t play along. They seem perturbed when we point out that they are poisoning our world and object to being probed, injected, and physically manipulated with their mad science. Let us annoy them further!

As always, educate yourself; have the courage to say No! and mean it when you are being coerced into wrong action; protect your loved ones. Our children deserve a future worth living and WE must assure them of that.

After moving to the Pacific Northwest from Texas, I became acutely aware of and deeply disturbed by the disrespect and destruction I witnessed of one of the most beautiful places on this planet.

The wisdom and design of Nature becomes obscured when the People are systematically disconnected from the world and taught to view it as a commodity. Kindness and compassion often depends on one’s level of distress. Once disconnected, people can be cruel and destructive. Some people are just damned mean no matter what.

We have learned that the Earth’s resources are infinite only if we manage them well. We are being told that there are too many people on the planet using up all the resources and intentionally being led to believe everything is our fault and that we must suffer for our mistakes. Most of us have little understanding of the manufacturing process of ‘everyday items’ and the utter disregard for the Earth and those who labor in their creation.

Our biggest mistake is letting the ideas of others influence our behavior when we know something is wrong and not finding the courage within ourselves to take a stand to correct the situation.

There are those who constrict our freedom because they can, and when they judge we will stand no more, they let up just enough for us feel we have won some of it back. Then, the noose begins to tighten again. Gas prices are a perfect example of their game.

In an interview with Wayne Jett, author of ‘Fruits of Graft’, speaking on how the Great Depression was created in America, the interviewer asked why the people just kept accepting the taxation and the wars and manipulation. I don't remember what he said because my mind was screaming about the fact that those who run our government had slowly beaten the people down to the point that they had very little fight left. They were sick and starving. Many had lost everything, including their sons. Most were uneducated and had not a clue of what was going on. But the worst poison of all was they had been convinced that their sacrifice was necessary to protect their FREEDOM!

The message beaten into the people was and still is -

“These are hard times and everyone must sacrifice for the greater good. And look! Now we are being warred upon by those who hate us. Send us your young men and your money to defend this great nation and we will build war machines to protect you. When we win, we will make this nation great again and we’ll be prosperous beyond your wildest dreams.”

You may wonder what this has to do with environmental destruction.

We are programmed to accept destruction as a necessary part of progress. Most of the technologies that could be used as alternatives to fossil fuels have been obstructed, while the creators of these technologies have been threatened and/or killed. Their creations have been usurped by the military and other operations and are being weaponized against the public.

Anyone who still thinks that our government would never intentionally harm the people needs to realize that there are those who find this game to their liking and they delight that we are in denial. Our cognitive dissonance is totally to their advantage and they are playing the game to our demise.

There is still great beauty on our planet and many programs are being implemented to correct the destruction. Most of the programs we are struggling to keep in place would not be necessary if we addressed the source. It is all band-aids on a gushing wound and the powers that pretend-to-be are handing us the band-aids while they slash our throats.

What can I-You-We do in the face of this enormous situation?

Find Your Courage! Stand Up! Educate Yourself! STOP DISBELIEVING that there are those who delight in your grief and in creating the destruction. They exist and they love this game! Pay attention to what is happening in your neighborhood. Get to know those around you and realize who you can trust and who you must not trust.

Know that most programs which appear to be for the ‘Greater Good’ come with hidden agendas. These programs announce themselves as the latest and greatest in technology; this includes most of the ‘Green’ programs. Stop handing your local politics over to criminals. When those who pay taxes cannot afford to live, the greater good is not being served!

If we fail to find the inherent courage within ourselves to want the Truth, with all its beauty and horror, we deserve what is being given us.

How much longer before the only two choices offered are, Do as we say - or die?

The definition of Intimacy is to relate closely, affectionately, and with deep understanding to the persons, places, and things in your life. The dictionary uses words like – more closeness, understanding, touching. My favorite synonym listed in Webster’s is Chumminess.

There are infinite levels of intimate relationships. Each level is as unique as the individual or situation we are sharing Intimacy with – from our children, to our environment, to our lover.

The level of Intimacy we practice each moment can define the richness we experience in our lives. Many of us directly equate Intimacy with Sex, but the reality is that it may have nothing at all to do with Sex. The way we greet the day, talk to our children and pets, regard the home we live in and the gardens we nurture – all can be very intimate moments.

If we are blessed to have a partner whom we love, Intimacy shared can make the world a magical place. When our personal relationships are in jeopardy, Intimacy may be the healing ingredient.

Living Intimately

The society that we are participating in offers many forms of placation – substances and situations that numb the soul. The demands of daily life often leave us with little time or energy to relate intimately with those around us – or so it might seem.

What is society but the social consciousness that we each practice with others? Our actions and attitudes affect the world around us and its reaction to us. When we become intimate with our world, it begins to change.

Humans are designed to be powerfully emotional Beings, and yet we are exposed daily to things that inhibit us and interfere with our ability to feel. Television, constant bizzyness, alcohol, stress, and even food can keep us disconnected from ourselves. Many of us are unaware of why this is detrimental, since we have never lived otherwise.

Living in Intimacy can introduce us to a whole array of feelings we may not be used to, which is why so many avoid it. It can make us feel vulnerable, passionate, caring, curious, warm and fuzzy, and/or totally aroused. Living passionately is not something many of us allow ourselves the freedom to experience.

One of the main purposes of the Human Experience is to FEEL. Emotions are what teach us and help us to create rich, fulfilling lives. When we’re not feeling, we are missing the point.

Living Intimately includes becoming clear and authentic with ourselves. This can open us to deep emotion, vulnerability, and passion. Cultivating the courage to live passionately is the first step to freedom. This profound way of being also creates an atmosphere which can affect and encourage those around us to do the same in their lives.

I speak of and encourage Intimacy because I feel it is one of the first steps to bringing us back to wholeness. People of all ages require Intimacy to thrive. Without it, we become disenchanted, disheartened, and destructive.

Ecstasy is Inherent

We were designed to be Ecstatic Creatures. We were built for it! We cannot, however, expect that Ecstasy will come to us if we are not creating a space for it in our lives. Intimacy is the key ingredient for that creation.

We all long for this way of being and when we invite and nurture it, we find that it is inherent. Once you realize how amazing you are and then expand your awareness to those around you, you help to create a safe space for others to do the same.

I encourage you to explore this so very important aspect of who we are – to recover the Intimacy that you have been lacking and would love to bring back to your life. We can do this for ourselves and for those we love. What greater gift can we offer or receive than to be completely in love with ourselves and our world?

And for those who want to enhance their sex lives – Intimacy is the world’s most powerful aphrodisiac. The main side effect? Ecstasy!

My message is not meant to tell you what the truth is, but to inspire you to discover what Your truth is.

For centuries humans have been force-fed what certain entities have wanted people to accept as truth. Most of the populace has gone along with this program. Having lived this lie, you are now witnessing the destruction of your world.

Elders - over 70
Boomers - 50 to 70
Adults - 30 to 50
Youngers - under 30

It is said that history can be completely re-written within three to four generations so that the Youngers only remember shadows of what was.

With our modern school systems and the World Wide Web – aka Internet – it is a simple thing to teach those with no life experience whatever truth suits the powers that pretend-to-be. Many of our Youngers have been indoctrinated and don't feel that their Elders have any wisdom to impart. Unfortunately, there is some truth in this point.

I would say most of our Elders, with some fortunate exceptions, are largely struggling to survive. Our so-called Healthcare system has turned many of its trusting patients into drugged-out zombies and has effectively hurried the rest to an early grave.

Having been lied to about reality their entire lives – as were their parents and grandparents – most of our Elders have no comprehension of our world today. The wars of their youth have taken a massive toll on their bodies and psyches. Some have managed to dodge the bullets and are doing their best to live out the slow fury of life as it winds down. Those of us who have had the good fortune to know and learn from our Elders bear the obligation and privilege to pass on any wisdom we have gleaned along the way.

Youngers, as I'm calling them, are our future. They are an interesting mixture of wide awake, completely asleep, and just don’t give a damn. Many of them don’t feel that they have a future and are just trying to do what they're told – go to school, get a job, start a family, watch football, stay numb, act happy, pay your taxes, shut up. How precious are those who are asking questions and demanding answers?

The 30-50 somethings – the Adults – are in the throes of creating careers, buying houses, raising families, trying to figure out what happened to their twenties, and wondering how they will even make it to fifty or beyond. The clues are rising, but there is little to no point of reference, and who has time anyway?

If you're in the Boomer category – depending on how successfully you have arranged things, you'll be daily assessing whether or not you will be able to hold out, considering the economy, current politics, how well your kids and your parents are doing, and whether or not your Health will stay intact. The uncertainties are numerous – "What do I do next?" "How do I maintain what I have?" "What about retirement?" "What the bleep is going on around here?" And if you have any gumption at all – "How the hell do I fix it?"

Our Elders can no longer help us understand what's next, and those who are younger than us are still struggling to catch up and keep up.

Where does this leave us as a society? For those of us who are beginning to get a clue, the burden of civilization is definitely upon us.

If you were a responsible, resourceful Adult – now Boomer – and you did it right, your house should be paid for, your kids should be through college, you’re all set up for retirement and looking forward to enjoying the good life. Right? We were all taught that this is the American Dream. Why then, does the future of the Collective look so bleak?

Being one of the Baby-Boomer crowd, it has occurred to me that if those of us who have begun to have a clue do not take a stand, not only will our children and grand-children have no future worth living, but those of us who plan to be around for another twenty or forty years are going to have some real problems.

Even when one has seen through the charade and is not inclined to remain in the boiling pot, willing to face the fires of the exit, where is one to go? The main reason so many people have been, and still are, in denial of the truth of our reality is that they have not a clue about what can be done and cannot seem to find their courage.

It should be easy to see – were we to look – that our experiment has gone awry. The freedom we have fought so hard for has never really existed, and neither did the good old days. This is not to say that there have been no good times. I remember many, yet they are so interwoven with misery and disappointment and loved ones dying before their time, and my life has been easy compared to most I have known.

The beauty and the horror of the covid debacle has revealed the hideous underbelly of the monster that has ruled our lives these many decades, and of which, very few had a clue. It is getting more and more difficult to not see behind the tattered veil, if one has the courage to look. The question is - Now What?

What's the Solution?

First of all, stop expecting someone else to answer this question. Are you not a thinking human with some life experience? Look around you and see what needs to be done, and then do something! I know some areas are more overwhelming than others and most people just want to live and love, and be happy. Start moving everything in that direction.

We need to STOP expecting politicians to fix anything. We need to realize that our current system is not just randomly out of control, running down-hill with no brakes. Everything that seems to be destructing is part of a design, to achieve the results desired by certain individuals – mostly without our permission – and WE HAVE LET THEM DO IT! Unless and until we stop letting them DO IT, our lives will continue to be the accelerating train-wreck that we are experiencing.

I suggest we Start by Stopping.

• STOP watching television and burying your face in electronics.

• STOP listening to and believing in the fear.

• STOP bowing to the IRS and other so-called authorities.

• STOP believing in politics.

• STOP listening to and following any religion that tells you that there are those who are less-than.

We can Stop by Starting.

• START to realize that the world is NOT what you have been told.

• START to ask the hard questions and then find the answers to those questions.

• START to decide what is your Truth and act accordingly.

• START to say NO to things you know are wrong.

• START by doing whatever it takes to secure your future and the future of those you love.

No matter the age or status of the individual, all things can change with the Will. YOU have to decide what YOU want, and what YOU will not put up with. When those around you realize you mean it, they will either join you or challenge you. Most bullies will back down, since they count on your fear. And if they won't back down, then you may have to show them who you are.

When we master our fear, we can see and act clearly.

It’s a classic tale - The Village is attacked. People are killed. People are taken. The son of the chief has failed to protect his people since he really doesn’t feel that he is worthy to lead. Guilt, fear, desperation, and no small amount of Love are his driving forces. Somehow he must rescue his people, his Love, and himself.

The enemy is evil! Of this there is no doubt. It has subjugated others with greed and fear to do its bidding. Without those tools, it would never succeed, for evil has no foundation and must feed on others. It is lost in its understanding and desperately reaches out to take whatever it can. How sad is its plight. Neither sympathy nor empathy will benefit it. Only Love has the power to transform it.

This article was originally written in 2008 after watching the movies - Apocalypto and 10,000 BC.  In both movies, the fact that danger was coming was obvious, but the people chose to ignore the warnings. They were too comfortable and complacent, and they also didn’t quite know what to make of them. The destruction of their world might have been avoided, or at least lessened, had they heeded the warnings and prepared themselves.

But then, where’s the adventure in that? Besides, it wasn’t in the script. We humans do so love conflict as long as it doesn’t affect us directly.

The theme I am speaking of is a constant thread in the fabric of our society. Indeed, without it, what controversy would we have to overcome? What would we pit ourselves against? Is this a third-dimensional syndrome?

The fact that many of us have allowed ourselves to believe that we are disconnected from Source, opens the field to infinite scenarios of conflict and its resolution. The society we have created is reaping the consequences of our conscious and unconscious actions.

Look at the headlines, we squelch at the atrocities. The destruction is so rampant that the mind reels while trying to maintain perspective. Our entertainment runs from the extremes of lust to violence to mindless absurdity in our quest to not focus on our perceived reality.

What can I do about it all? It’s really too much. The mind reels again. Just be a good citizen, contribute to the economy, keep paying your taxes, and don’t ask too many questions.

Is this really the life we want?

You can, however - if you look closely - find an amazing array of burgeoning consciousness just below the surface of our society. In many places, it is sprouting up like seedlings in the springtime, and in some places it is already in full bloom.

The image I see is a huge dark mass that has grown in density and has attempted to cover the whole of our awareness. The light is bursting forth as more and more beams penetrate this darkness.

We must be aware though, that as the light increases, so deepen the shadows.

What I recognized in the movie warriors is that at some point, after allowing themselves to feel the depths of their self-pity, they knew the source of it. They then recognized  the power of the Love within themselves. At that point, nothing could stop them from their mission. They realized what was important and found within themselves a source of strength they had never even imagined.

The radiance of that realization shone forth to touch and empower everyone around them – except of course, the enemy, which it just pissed off.  Evil, it seems, has no understanding of the power of Love and true courage, and often is instrumental in its own demise when faced with it.

I believe we are all standing on the threshold of discovering the Hero within us. I have delved about as deep into self-pity as I care to, and I would far rather face a warrior’s death than to dwell in a prison of someone else’s making.

These are NOT, however, my only two choices. MY choice is to step into my courage, to dwell in the power of Love, and to consciously transform this adventure.

There is indeed darkness in our path and dawn is shimmering on the horizon.

Envision a school – a University, if you will – that actually teaches us to apply practical, regenerative, sustainable knowledge and skills to life.

The general populace has forgotten how to truly live. Many have no clue about what is really going on in our world, and they fear to look too closely. They accept what they are told and hope for the best. They go along to get along.

The curriculum of this school includes True Science, True History, True Agriculture, True Health, True Solutions, and the Truth of many other subjects that have been distorted. The teaching begins with, “This is what we think we know so far …”, and then asks the student to take it from there, to discover what is beyond the realm of our so-called known world.

This school is not for everyone. If you are considered an adult and have not done your groundwork to clear yourself of much of the delusion the world spoon-feeds us, you will not be able to enter this curriculum. Unless you are willing to unlearn most of what you have been taught, it will expel you.

There are many programs already in place that can help you become free of the falsehoods of the system. Those who are qualified for this New University have done their homework and are ready to apply the knowledge gained.

Once this University becomes established, the minds and habits of the students will advance and the area around the school will begin to change. Businesses in the area will transform to accommodate the level of consciousness that is developing. Fast food places will disappear. Gardens will spring up. Factories and industries that cause more destruction than creation will be re-tooled. Slum areas will be reformed and there will be a plethora of beautiful homes.

The way people do business and the money system will become benign, and no one will lack for their basic needs. Abundance will flow naturally.

Utopia? No – an Intentionally Created Reality.

Our parents mostly gave us a deluded understanding of this world because they were deluded. It is up to the individual to decide to look beyond the delusion and learn the Truth – and then, to apply it!

We Know How To Live! But we have been told not to, have allowed ourselves to be bullied, and have made poor choices of the poor choices offered.

Abundance surrounds us, but it has been controlled and withheld.

We, The People, must become the stewards of our lives.

This is a clarion call!

To those who think Trump being found guilty is a good thing, please consider the following.  Set aside your abnormal hatred of the man and think of those who adore him.  How many millions of people  are following him?  Why?  

Misguided as they may seem, they see him as hope to bring America back to its ill-conceived glory. Most of us have lived in the delusion that we have created a great nation. Indeed, so we have on some levels, but at what cost?

The European people, mostly at the behest of their conquerors, came to this continent and destroyed the people who were here.  They felt it was their right and their duty to their monarchs – or whoever paid them best.  

Fast forward a couple hundred years, a bunch of guys set down documents defining the parameters of our nation and then challenged the people to uphold it.

Fast forward another 2 or 300 years and what do we have? The monarchs gave not one shit for our puny efforts to establish a free nation.  They and their lackeys snuck in like a bunch of cockroaches, corrupting everything as they went.

Now this Trump fellow stands there and says, “Make it Great Again” and millions of starry-eyed patriots buy it.  Millions of others hate him for various reasons and the rest look on with a mixture of disbelief, disgust, and amusement at the absolute insanity of it all.

Here’s my point. All of you clapping your hands with glee, cheering on the destruction, how do you suppose this affects your fellow Americans?  These millions who follow Trump are not likely to accept another defeat like 2020 and say, “Oh well, the best man won”, and go home.  They’re going to be pissed, grieved, demoralized, crushed.  This sentiment affects the whole.  Not only that, these starry-eyed flag-wavers are mostly the backbone of the country.  They build, fix, and run the machines of our infrastructure.  What happens if they rebel, are killed, or just quit?

Who’s going to step into their shoes? What happens to America?

Those of you cheering and jeering and hating this one man with such vehemence – how is this affecting YOU?  Who are you really hating and why?  What good is it doing you?  Can you stop it?   Perhaps a little introspection is in order.  Hatred has its place but it has become the acid that is eating away at the foundation of our world.

Left/Right politics serves only to destroy.  It is not about balance and fairness.  It has been dividing people and destroying lives since it began.  It is a battle-line drawn that demands you choose a side.  The ones who draw the lines are the ones we need to beware of – not our neighbors and loved ones, who just want to live free.

CHOOSE LIFE!  Choose abundance for all.  Left and right is in the palms of our hands – not in the concepts we hold.  We all need the same things – clean air, water, and food; a safe place to live; Love and a sense of purpose.  

We CAN create without destroying and we must decide to do this or there will be nothing left to fight over, nor to live for.

I am the foundation of Life and the bedrock of this Earth. The forces upon it cannot move me.

I stand or go as I will – not at the whims of others.

The battle is on as the women rage and the men quail, and both genders demand their rights to be equal. With false benevolence the powers that wanna-be grant those who have been down-trodden the gift of ‘Equality’.

The question is - What are we becoming equal to? Each perspective gives a different definition to the concept of 'equal-ness'. How can we equalize the uniqueness of the individual?

Do you truly believe that the ‘dominant white male’ is free to do as he pleases? Of course – so long as he stays within the confines of his opulent prison. The women he exploits, giving them what is his to give, live within the confines of his limitations, and all can be withheld and withdrawn should she not please him well.

He in turn, is subject to her tyranny. Should she become displeased with his offerings, she knows how to make him suffer. The velvet prison in which she holds him can become a steel trap. Now he is caught in a societal vice that offers no mercy. Forced from above and coerced from beneath.

Men are the Gate-keepers in this system but in many ways, they are the most enslaved. While they have their clout and their brawn, one of the tasks assigned them is to make sure women are kept in their place. This is perhaps the most difficult thing that a man has ever had to do.

Men know how to create and destroy, but they have no idea what a woman’s true role is, and since they have been tasked to keep them under control, they can only give and take in the fashion they understand.

Since women have largely forgotten what their role is, they find it difficult to communicate with men who only know enslavement, and creation thru destruction. There are times when screaming in rage may be the only way to get the man’s attention, but continuing to scream and then demanding he stay on his knees once you have his attention is not the way.

Being born a person of color, or of ‘lower class’, or of gender preferences that are not considered the norm, can add to the challenges. You may be told you can’t marry the person you want, or have the job you want, or live where you want. This is so unfair and so you argue, you fight, and eventually you win – or at least a compromise is reached.

What has been gained? You are now in a different position - perhaps preferable to the previous – but you are still subject to the same rules, which means nothing you gain is yours, and all is subject to being taken from you without warning. Quite likely, whatever you have gained has been at the cost of another.

A woman I have always admired in her acting roles, recently presented a rant on the rights of being a woman and the crime of being subjected to masculine tyranny. The absolute vehemence that she displayed with her entire being left me breathless and in tears; not because I was so moved by her passion - although I was - but by the utter scream of outrage and victimization. She was expressing the lack of respect that women have always suffered and suffer still - as do children, animals, and the world. What more can we expect, really, living a life of enslavement?

The protection offered us is a cage and a cage is a prison, no matter how opulent. It is no place for living beings no matter what their color, gender, or species. It is all very convenient to say that the walls and bars are for our protection, when in truth they are barriers to the freedom that is inherently ours. Those who would claim to be protecting us and keeping us safe are the ones we need to protect ourselves from, and until we realize we do not need their protection, we will continue to be their victims.

Unless and until we choose to free ourselves, we cannot escape this prison for we have fortified it from within. We can tear down walls and there will be more walls. There is no fight to bring and no tyranny to overthrow. There is only the self, the integration with self, and the transformation from who we have been to who we are, and must be.

Trust. All will be revealed in the process.

Fear of the unknown has plagued Mankind since we awakened on this planet. It is always best to know your 'enemy' and the true nature of it. Knowledge and Courage are two of the greatest tools at our disposal to reduce the 'fear factor' so you can make clearer decisions.

Facing Our Fears

Life is wrought with uncertainty, and sometimes it seems easier to just go along to get along. One problem with going along, is it will often lead you to places you never intended to be.

You must face a thing in order to know the truth of the thing. Illness and the thought of death are two of the most frightening things we must face in life; both make us feel powerless. In the movie, "The Thirteenth Warrior", one of the characters offered some wisdom that I will para-phrase here-

"The skein of your life was woven long ago. Hide in a hole if you must, but you'll not live one moment longer than you're meant to."

This is an excellent way to view life if you want to live it fully. All life ends at some point - that's a fact. So let us live in the meanwhile. If the COVID pandemic has taught us nothing else, it has made us realize that the uncertainty of life must be faced and dealt with as it comes.

Facing the Monster Within

There's a story about a Lady who dreamed that she was being chased by a Monster. In her dream she was running in terror with the Monster close behind her. It kept getting closer and louder, and more frightening as she ran and ran.

Finally, when she was almost out of strength and didn't know how she could be more frightened, she ran down a blind alley. She came to the wall. The Monster was upon her. She turned to face her tormentor and as he loomed over her, growling, she suddenly held out her hands and yelled, "STOP!!"

The Monster stopped.

She looked it in the eye and asked in a tremulous voice, "What are you going to DO to me?!"

The Monster looked back at her; shrugged and said, "Well hell Lady - I don't know. It's YOUR dream."

How To Be NOT Afraid -

• Be honest with yourself and others. STAY in your Truth!

• Eat, drink, live, and think Healthfully. Move your body. Meditate. Breath. Hug a tree.

• If your doctor does not approve of natural medicine, find another doctor.

• STOP WATCHING MAINSTREAM MEDIA!

• Do not let others convince you of anything, nor drag you into fear.

• Educate Yourself - Do research; Listen to actual experts; Compare information.

• Listen to your Heart and your Head

• Follow the 'actual' science – not the 'narrative', nor the 'crowd'.

• If you find you are afraid, discover and address the source.

• Be resourceful and relentless!

• Realize you are powerful beyond measure.

There’s a party game that we played once back in the early 80s. Don’t know its origin and no one I’ve ever mentioned it to has heard of it, but it offers a great life lesson.

Ingredients of the Game – at least 3 or 4 well toasted couples and a Host[ess] to call the shots, along with a couple others to referee and bear witness.

Ideally the game should be played after everyone has imbibed a bit. Folks are a little more gullible and it adds to the fun.

Mix the couples up so no one is with their original partner. Choose one couple to start and send the rest off to another part of the house so they can’t hear what’s going on.

Set the couple on the floor or in chairs and cover them both with a sheet. The Host[ess] then begins to explain the rules of the game. It goes something like this –

“The purpose of this game is to discover one particular item you have on your body that you need the least. It may be your shoes or your watch or an item of clothing that you can do without, but we’re looking for this one thing and it’s up to you to discover what this one thing is. Once you figure it out and toss it out here to me, you Win!”

You see the two heads under the sheet turn to look at each other, and you hear some whispering and giggling.

The Host[ess] continues –

“Okay, so what is the one item you have on that you need the least. Again, it could be a watch or jewelry or shoes. The first person to figure it out and hand it over to us Wins. So, let’s go! What is the one item you have on your body that you need the least?”

Again, the heads under the sheet turn to look at each other and the witnesses see some scrambling around as a shoe comes flying out, or maybe a sock, keys, hair clips, a wedding ring.

The voice of the Host[ess] goes on, encouraging and cajoling –

“Well, that’s good but it’s just not what we’re looking for so we want you to keep thinking about it and give us the thing you have on your body that you need the least.”

When I played this game, I wasn’t wearing a bra – which would have been the first thing to go - so I offered up my shoes, all my jewelry, and even my glasses. I had on a one-piece outfit and refused to get naked, so I began to get a bit nervous as the voice continued to ask the same question –

“The thing we’re looking for is the one thing you have on your body that you need the least.”

The fellow next to me, Joe, was down to his pants and was also getting a bit nervous. One fellow who played the game managed to get his boxer shorts off while somehow keeping his jeans on. There was much scrambling under the sheet and the girl sitting next to him was squealing and averting her eyes until a pair of underwear came flying out. That, by the way, was my ex-husband and the father of my child.

Unfortunately, this was still not what the Voice was asking for and the game became more desperate, in a fun sort of way.

I had given all I was willing to give and yet the Voice droned on -

“The thing that we are looking for is the one thing you have on your body that you need the least.”

In my desperation, it finally hit me – the thing that I needed the least, that was on my body was nothing that I brought with me, and it had nothing to do with the alcohol or any other party favors. Jus'sayin'… It was what had been given me. It was the thing that blinded me to all else.

The thing which was on my body that I needed the least – was the Sheet!

Once it hit me that this was the trick, I yanked the sheet down and glared at Kitra. She sat there grinning and Joe, who was sitting beside me, was still looking around in confusion. We all started laughing and it was time for another drink and to bring in the next round of victims.

This simple, seemingly harmless game is a divine metaphor for the lives we are living. Just like any riddle that we rack our brains over to understand its secret, once we know the answer, we want to kick ourselves for not realizing the obvious. When we are so caught up in the game, we fail to see what is often hidden in plain sight.

The sheet is symbolic of the “Veil” that was put upon us when we entered this realm. It helps us focus on the life at hand and keeps us from the distraction of the vastness of eternity. Our little finite brains might explode were we to be subjected to all that is.

So where do we go from here? Now that we know, or at least have an inkling of what the “trick” is, how do we continue to walk around, attempting to keep up our human facade?

If you’re like me, you’re ready to blast out of here; be done with this madness. Then you remember – Oh yeah – I came here on purpose – to what? Alter this frequency? Change this paradigm? Heavy sigh …I so need a vacation – whatever that is. Can we just get this over with? Why are people so obtuse?!  Hmmm …there was something about divine timing also …

It would be so much easier if we could just line up the perpetrators and send them into the oblivion they deserve, but apparently, that would be too easy and would not get to the proverbial root.

I – must – alter – my frequency – until – I transform – the template … as must those who also came here on this mission. It is the only way we will “break” this program and release the perps from their bondage. Yes – I said “Bondage”.

Bondage begats bondage – did you not know?

Meanwhile, the sheet must remain while we are here, to shield us from eternity. Those of us who realize the game must dwell in the facade and focus on our mission.

Failure is not an option. Apparently, the Universe is watching and depends on this transition for the next phase in our evolution.

I wrote this piece in February 2008, after heavy exposure to information on the IRS debauchery, the Illuminati and Bilderberg group, the federal reserve, Zeitgeist, The Movie, politics and conspiracy theories, biological poisoning and pollution, war and terrorism, and last but not least – UFO sightings!

The Aliens are amongst us!

I was aware of most of this stuff, but had basically avoided looking at it too closely since there are so many far more pleasant subjects to study. Plus, just keeping the bills paid and dealing with relationships can be traumatic enough.

This essay was actually the first of its kind I had ever written. When I posted it on the message board of my Intimacy Group, one person chastised me for using the title, feeling that it would turn people off.

What have Conspiracy and Aliens got to do with Intimacy?

My thoughts on this are that everything is relative. We can study each subject separately, but until we look at the whole picture, it is difficult to realize how it all fits together. I also believe that we, as adults, need to take a good hard look at the world around us and not be shielding our eyes too much when it comes to looking at what we perceive as ugly.

Most of the people I shared the article with – including me – found the title amusing, so it stuck. I truly believe that even the most serious of subjects must be filtered through levity to keep things from getting too heavy, and for the sake of sanity. Now that you better understand my somewhat warped sense of humor, I will attempt to correlate.

Back to the list above – Conspiracy and the speculation on who is doing what is all very fascinating, however, the excessive preponderance there-of is not very conducive to life, and can be downright detrimental. Let us try to keep everything in perspective, shall we?

So how does one keep one’s wit about oneself whilst observing the insanity around us? This is a need-to-know subject.

It’s all about Balance.

One of the TV channels was airing a series of disaster scenarios at the time – It Could Happen Tomorrow! I particularly liked the one titled – The World Without Humans.

Did you know that within about 100 years, nature can almost completely cover over the traces of our society? Give it a few hundred more, and it would be as though we never existed – unless you dig very deeply. These are comforting thoughts. This planet is fully capable of taking care of herself. So perhaps we could focus on the direction of our society, and how we might not only keep from destroying it, but actually improve our experience whilst we’re here

I must also say, that interspersed with the aforementioned topics, I was subjected to moments of love and beauty beyond description; pictures, conversations, and realizations that feed the soul. I revel in the fact that there is so much beauty and awesomeness in this life, and I mourn that we can so often overlook it in each moment and choose to focus, instead, on the lack and limitation that…

WE ARE CREATING HERE!

Who Will Save us?

I know many people who really do care, and really do want to do something about things. Often, while speaking with them on the concept that the solution lies within us, and that until we set aside the delusion that surrounds us and re-member who we are, the solutions will continue to elude us.

They look at me and blink for a moment and then we go back to the subject of planting trees, recycling, and political reform. How is it that so many still believe our so-called political leaders have EVER solved anything?!

Yes! We need to plant trees, recycle, clean up oil spills and radioactive waste, etc. But WHY? Why are these things necessary and why are they even happening? Why are the solutions not being created naturally? What is the force that is constantly under-mining our very survival on this planet?

We keep looking to the outer. We blame it on politicians, on the evildoers, foreigners, the devil, and even aliens! When do we look to ourselves? When do we ask ourselves…

Who AM I?

What can I do to be the amazing entity that I was created to be, instead of the victim of circumstance that I appear to be? We need to understand that NO amount of political leadership or reform is going to absolve us of the situation we are in!

WE EACH NEED TO GOVERN OURSELVES!

Now, when I originally wrote this article, the statement above sounded like someone was shouting it in my head. It was as if the voice was saying - "Somehow you have to make them hear this!"

I encourage you to take a moment and ponder its meaning before you read on.

Our world is one of darkness and light. One without the other gives us no contrast.
Our choices are infinite.

I re-discovered a book in my library that I had never read called – Warriors of the Heart, by Danaan Perry. He is a classic example of a man who moved through the societal conditioning of learning to lead by force, to becoming a man who leads by example – through love and compassion. Many things he discovered, but the realization that one must accept the dark side of his or her nature in order to transform it, was probably the most revealing thing – at least to me.

Don’t let the titles of things deter you, nor the apparent presentation of things mislead you. When we consider everything life brings to us, and allow each experience to define itself, we can begin to understand what it wants to teach us.

When you find yourself saying, “Well I really would like for things to be this way, BUT…”  STOP IT!  Don’t let your BUTS get in the way. In order to create a life worth living, we must stop arguing for our limitations!

Those who are at the helm of some company or organization, consider that role sacred! These placements are not status symbols. These are positions of opportunity to influence the changes we want. Put your energy into what you do! Pull your power into the center of your being and become electrified with that energy, then channel it to the world around you. Be a conduit for love and wisdom.

Being intimate with one’s self allows us to face the darkness in this world, while facing our own personal darkness – with Courage and Love.

There is so much more to us than what we are pretending to be! Play-acting can be fun, but how much are we enjoying this game?

Love and life cannot be defined by the limits of our understanding.
Intimacy is not just about feeling good – it is about Everything!

I encourage each of us to Live Responsibly and to Love Responsively!

No Limitations!

Disclaimer: The subject I am broaching here is most difficult, but so help me, I am determined to get it done. Please bear with me as I wander through the jungle of words and concepts in order to uncover the correct ones that will put forth the message so clearly that all may ‘grok’ it, without doubt of the purity of its meaning.

If this seems to be pointing to some situation in your own life that you’ve been working on, or perhaps trying to avoid, understand that we are all painting on a human canvas here and the paint goes where it will. The less we take issue with the color and style and perceived imperfections, the greater our art becomes.

Please clear your minds for a while and open your hearts as I pose some questions for your consideration...

• Are you happy with the design of our culture and life on this planet?

• Do you feel that something is fundamentally not working in our society?

• Do you feel that maybe we could make some improvements?

• Do you have a clue about the solutions and how to approach them?

• Do you realize that we have technology that could solve most, if not all of our ecological issues?

• Do you understand that many of these solutions are being intentionally withheld from us?

• Do you know why?

• Are you willing to take the steps necessary to create a world in which everyone thrives and is fulfilled?

• What would it feel like to be genuinely accepted, nurtured, and valued for Who you are?

What if we could develop a culture in which...

• Everyone has everything they need to live – in abundance.

• No one has to work for a living.

• There are no bills to pay.

• Everyone is healthy and free medical is available whenever needed.

• We can go anywhere, live anywhere, learn anything, do anything - Every Day - for Free.

• Our children could grow up in an environment that not only does not threaten their lives, but actually nurtures them.

I think most of us would agree that this all sounds wonderful and seems like the way things ought to be. We all want a better world for ourselves and for our children. We may even have some pretty good ideas about how to go about it, and then - our ‘Buts’ start getting in the way.

Well, that would all be great...

BUT…it will never happen because our government won’t cooperate.

BUT…certain people won’t agree.

BUT…it’s never been accomplished in our whole history.

BUT…what if we try and fail?

BUT…That's Utopia talk!

BUT…BUT…BUT!

I can’t get over how many buts there are! They just go on and on!

Reality Check -

When you argue for your limitations, you get to keep them.

The possibilities for our lives are infinite and yet we insist on living within certain boundaries because that’s what we’ve gotten used to, and no matter how mediocre or horrendous it becomes, we are either too complacent, or too terrified of change to do it differently.

Here are a few rules of thumb I have adopted for life that can be helpful...

Firstly – I be as honest as I can be and correct any wrong on my part as soon as I possibly can.

Secondly – I task myself to do the very best I can do at everything I venture into.

Thirdly – Since I have a limited perspective of things, I consider ALL things a possibility.

Fourthly – I realize we ALL have 'limitations'. I do my best to not ‘over-ask’ things of people. It reduces the pressure on our relationship and lowers my disappointment factor. [This is applicable to Self also] 

The Four Agreements

If you have never heard of the Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, I highly recommend the teaching. You can find a great article on the subject on our Sister Site - The Four Agreements (awakenednexus.com)

• Be impeccable with your word

• Don’t take things personally

• Don’t make assumptions

• Always do your best

These are great concepts to live by and very helpful in our endeavor to move our ‘Buts’ out of the way as we step beyond our self-imposed and world-imposed limitations. It it time for us to remember that WE are the creators of our reality.

We are Masters of Energy in an Unconscious State...

...and in this state everything we are creating is undermined with destruction.

If all emotion is based in either Love or Fear, where are we much of the time?

We have been taught that stability is the desired result. Stability tends to make us feel safe and less fearful but the price of stability is our Freedom. Some say, Freedom is Not Free, but I say, It is supposed to be! The question is, Who is putting a price on it? 

Everything that I am highlighting here is intuitively known to each of us, but we have been forcefully spoon-fed a message of fear and limitation. We know intuitively that we are being lied to.

So basically, we need to get over ourselves and stop making excuses for our perceived limitations. In order to steer our destiny, we must take responsibility. Being response-able does not mean you are to blame. It is the act of being responsive to a situation. The only guilt is that which we lay upon ourselves – a useless waste of energy, in my opinion. There’s no point in regretting what we’ve done since each moment offers us a different choice. We do, however, have to make different choices if we want a different outcome.

On the Brink of a New Era

Our world appears to be teetering on the brink of a new era. The destruction seems to be closing in on us, yet beauty still surrounds us. Many of us in the U.S. have always been able to view the destruction in the distance. 'Someone over there must have done something wrong and now they’re being punished. It has nothing to do with us. We didn’t do it!'

Here’s a clue – whatever is done to another is done unto You/Me/Us. We FEEL EVERYTHING through the Collective Consciousness. It is not ‘over there’ somewhere. It is here – now!

Let us alter the course of destruction in each moment. We are energetic beings living in a world of energy, and that energy flows and coalesces at our command.

Let no one tell you otherwise!

Before you start making noises about how impossible that’s going to be, given our current situation, I will remind you again that ...

WE are the creators of our reality and ALL things are possible with the focus of our will.

What then, shall we choose?

Light and Creation, or Darkness and Destruction.
